This dress is a resurrection from Cynful with a new rainbow skirt.  I have this in two other colors so had to have this exclusive from the Fundraiser event!

The shoes are from one of my favorite designers, Reign.  This tat is the white version of the Chocolat from White Widow that can be purchased at the event.
